We want you to love your furniture. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns, exchanges and cancellations work at Damp2Decor.
Ready-Made Furniture
- Report any manufacturing defect or transit damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition for an exchange or return to be considered.
- We will repair, replace or refund eligible items as appropriate.
Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders
Because these pieces are crafted specifically for you, they cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Cancellations
- Ready-made orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund of any amount paid.
- Custom orders can be cancelled only before production starts; advance payments may be non-refundable once work has begun.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. The time to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
